The newest member of The Perpetual Cabaret Players, Juno Rebis was appointed as The Underground's Secondary - representative and spokesperson for the troupe - by Miss IZAE. 

Unique in a manifestation of special abilities, they have the power to temporarily absorb the skills, talents, and traits of any persona they make physical contact with. They can emulate these with perfect accuracy.

Outside their work at The Hierophant's Central Nexus Archive, Juno also owns the comedy club, To Dulcify Humo[u]r, hiring the likes of The Shadow Mime & Terrific Tawny, Daphne Atropa Belladonna, Alice Heart, and Dorothy Liir Rose to perform.
